When using PhotoDB / AudioDB as a collaborative tool, there are usually some administrators managing the overall project and software, as well as a number of lower lever users. On the next couple of pages administrators can learn how to manage user accounts and update the application.

REMINDER: PhotoDB and AudioDB are twin platforms, contained in one application. Depending on your data (image, audio or both) you can choose to utilize both platforms simultanously or utilize only one of the two. Since both platforms are contained in one application maintenance is the same for users intending to use only PhotoDB, only AudioDB, or both.
